AGREEMENT:

By booking, purchasing or attending a service, session, workshop, reading or program with Radiance Hypnotherapy, clients agree to these terms and conditions.

Client information is kept confidential and secure. Please disclose any medical, psychological or personal conditions that may affect your treatment, session or program suitability. Radiance Hypnotherapy makes no guarantees about any product, service, session, program, reading or outcome. Your success ultimately depends on your commitment, willingness, participation and follow-through. Instructions, guidance, recordings, workbooks, resources and information provided are educational and supportive in nature, offering encouragement, self-development and complementary support. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

PAYMENT, PACKAGES & DEPOSITS:

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Some services may be paid in full at the time of booking. For higher-value programs over $1,000, Radiance Hypnotherapy may require a 10% non-refundable deposit to secure your place. The deposit covers administration, preparation, reserved appointment space, onboarding and business costs. The remaining program fee may be paid upfront, session by session or through an agreed payment arrangement. If you decide not to continue with a program after paying a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.

PROGRAM REFUND POLICY:

If you purchase a multi-session program and decide not to continue after the program has started, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis.

This means you are responsible for paying for:

- sessions already attended

- preparation time already provided

- practitioner time already reserved

- resources, recordings, workbooks, PDFs or course materials already supplied

- any agreed non-refundable deposit

For example, if you purchase a 4-session program and complete 1 of the 4 sessions, you are responsible for paying at least one quarter of the package fee, plus any non-refundable deposit and any materials or resources already provided. If you have paid in full, Radiance Hypnotherapy may refund the unused portion of the program after deducting the value of sessions, preparation time, resources and materials already provided. This policy is designed to be fair to both the client and practitioner.

SINGLE SESSION REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have a 50% cancellation policy for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, your session fee may be transferred to a future appointment or refunded where appropriate. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session fee may apply.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS, RECORDINGS & RESOURCES:

Digital products, hypnosis recordings, meditation audios, workbooks, PDFs, online resources, course materials and other intellectual property are non-refundable once they have been accessed, downloaded, delivered or supplied, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law. These materials are provided for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, uploaded, distributed, taught or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Radiance Hypnotherapy.

REQUIRED NOTICE & DISCLAIMER:

Radiance Hypnotherapy provides complementary, educational and self-development services. I am a certified hypnotherapist, however I am not a registered medical practitioner, psychologist, psychiatrist or mental health crisis practitioner. I do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric treatment or crisis support. Please consult your GP, psychologist, psychiatrist or other qualified healthcare provider before making any healthcare decisions.

If you desire a diagnosis, medical treatment, psychological treatment or psychiatric support, you may seek those services at any time.

HYPNOSIS APPROACH:

I believe individuals have the right to choose and practise alternative or complementary self-improvement services. Hypnosis is generally considered safe, natural and non-invasive. The services I provide are offered as a form of complementary support, mindset support, motivational coaching, relaxation, self-development and education, combined with instruction in self-hypnosis where appropriate. I may use hypnosis, progressive relaxation, visualisation, guided meditation, positive suggestion, mindset tools, emotional regulation techniques and other complementary methods to support clients. Hypnosis may be used to support clients with habits, confidence, stress management, motivation, relaxation, sleep, focus, anxiety, unwanted patterns, emotional wellbeing and positive personal change.

You remain in control during hypnosis and can choose to accept or reject suggestions at any time.

HYPNOSIS IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC TREATMENT:

Hypnosis is not a substitute for professional medical care, psychological treatment, counselling, psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment. If you have a serious mental health condition, trauma history, suicidal thoughts, psychosis, epilepsy, severe depression, substance dependence or any medical concern, please consult your GP, psychologist, psychiatrist or other qualified health professional before booking. Radiance Hypnotherapy reserves the right to refuse, pause or discontinue services if your needs appear to be outside my scope of practice. A client has the right to refuse hypnosis services at any time. If services are discontinued, any refund or outstanding payment will be handled according to these terms and conditions.

NO GUARANTEE POLICY:

No guarantees are made or implied regarding the effectiveness of any session, service, program, reading, QHHT-style session, workshop, audio or resource.

It is impossible to guarantee human behaviour, personal readiness, emotional response, spiritual insight, weight loss, habit change, healing, compliance or specific results. Hypnotherapy is not a “magic pill”. It requires commitment, openness and effort from the client to support meaningful change. You assume equal responsibility by making a commitment and allowing yourself to be guided into a state of hypnosis. No one can make you do something against your true will. If you are unsure whether Radiance Hypnotherapy services are appropriate for you, please seek advice from your GP, psychologist, psychiatrist or other qualified professional before booking an appointment.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY:

We sincerely want you to succeed and pledge to support you to the best of our ability.

A hypnotherapist acts as a guide or facilitator. Your commitment, honesty, willingness and participation are essential.

Results may vary from person to person.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing and follow-through before, during and after your session or program.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

We respect client confidentiality at all times except under the following circumstances:

If you reveal an intention to harm yourself or another person.

If you disclose that a child or vulnerable person is being abused or is in danger of abuse.

If we are compelled to reveal information by a court order, subpoena or legal requirement.

If there is a serious risk to public safety.

If disclosure is otherwise required by Australian law.

Client and subscriber information will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes without consent.

EMAIL, MARKETING & COMMUNICATION:

By subscribing to Radiance Hypnotherapy emails, downloading a free resource, joining a waitlist or signing up for a workshop, you agree to receive occasional emails, updates, resources and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time. Client and subscriber information will be handled with care and used only for relevant communication, client support and marketing where consent has been provided.

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS:

Workshop and event bookings may have their own refund and cancellation terms depending on the platform used, such as Humanitix or eventbrite.

Unless otherwise stated, workshop tickets are non-refundable within 24 hours of the event. If you cannot attend, you may contact Radiance Hypnotherapy to ask whether a transfer, recording or credit/redeemable voucher code is available. This is not guaranteed and will be considered case by case.

GOVERNING LAW:

Use of this website, services and any disputes arising from them are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
